Orders
Please ensure all orders are placed by 1:30 pm on the business day prior to delivery.
Free CBD Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders over $80.00 within a 2 km radius of the CBD.
Deliveries between 2 km and 5 km from the CBD are subject to:
- A minimum order value of $100.00; and
- A delivery fee of $30.00.
Trading Hours
Monday to Friday: 5:30 am – 3:00 pm
Weekend delivery times and fees are available upon request.

Order Amendments
We will always endeavour to accommodate changes to catering quantities. Final numbers and any significant amendments must be submitted by 1:30 pm on the business day prior to delivery.
Last-Minute / Same-Day Orders
Our team will make every effort to accommodate last-minute and same-day catering requests. Contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellation fees may apply where costs have already been incurred for labour, stock purchases and/or food preparation. In such circumstances, charges of up to 100% of the order value may apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of delivery of your catering order.
We accept the following payment methods:
- EFT/Bank Transfer
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express (AMEX)
Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us immediately.
We take pride in the quality of our products and services. If:
- An incorrect product is supplied;
- Your order is not delivered;
- Incorrect items are delivered; or
- You receive products that do not meet your expectations,
we will provide either a refund or a credit note for the affected item(s), as appropriate.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Claims received after this period will not be accepted.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days of the delivery date.
